Marketing OS

Operating rhythm and evidence

How a focused cadence keeps research, drafting, verification, approvals, publishing, and learning visible rather than hidden inside one long-running task.

Derived from the Project Marlow service brief and public operating model. Customer scope, enabled channels, connected tools, approval owners, and cadence are agreed per engagement.

Focused pulses

The function works in bounded pulses. A pulse completes one useful unit such as a research item, draft, verification result, release package, report, or operational correction before the next item begins.

The daily clock

A practical cadence checks handoffs, content-bank health, approval state, publishing readiness, and performance signals. When a planned action does not happen, the operating record makes the gap visible rather than silently rolling it into the next day.

Measure what changes the plan

Reporting should connect activity to useful outcomes, audience response, content quality, and future decisions. The aim is to improve the next plan, not to report volume without context.

Shared memory

Decisions, approvals, operating lessons, and handoffs are recorded once and recalled by the team. This keeps the function from restarting its context every time a channel, campaign, or worker changes.
