What Marketing OS is

Marketing OS is the Kaidera operating pattern applied to marketing. Project Marlow combines a named AI worker team, narrow scheduled workers, shared memory, verification, human release gates, and proof of material actions.

What it is not

It is not an unbounded publishing bot or a substitute for accountable marketing leadership. The system works inside explicit channel, audience, budget, approval, and commitment boundaries set by the customer.

The operating loop

Work moves through one inspectable loop: goal, plan, create, verify, approve, publish, and learn. Shared memory connects each stage so the next cycle starts with the decisions and evidence from the last one.

What customers receive

A customer receives a bounded operating capability: a named team, approved channel plan, brand and audience context, human approval path, scheduled operating rhythm, publishing record, and performance reporting that can inform the next plan.
