FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Concise answers to the questions buyers and users ask first: what is possible, what is not, and how Kaidera stays safe.
Buyer-facing FAQ draft for E94 dev review.
What can Kaidera build?
Kaidera can help build internal tools, admin portals, websites, integrations, automation, prototypes, docs, data workflows, and production software increments when the goal and review gates are clear.
What should not be automated blindly?
Production promotion, irreversible data deletion, protected-branch merges, sensitive customer-data handling, and external commitments should remain approval-gated. The platform is designed to surface those gates instead of hiding them.
How do I know what happened?
Every meaningful action should leave evidence: handoff state, Cortex decisions, verification output, and review notes. The docs will show users where that evidence appears in the product.
Can Kaidera use different AI models?
Yes. Model availability depends on the providers and models configured by administrators. The model catalog should explain which capability families are available and what they are suitable for, while the admin panel controls the exact enabled models.
Does Kaidera replace engineering review?
No. It can speed up planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and review preparation, but human approval remains the gate for production promotion and business commitments.
How do customers get access right now?
Self-service sign-up is the intended product path, but the current phase starts with enterprise onboarding. Customers should contact the Kaidera worker team, set up an enterprise account, invite users, and begin with a guided first project.
Can non-technical users start a project?
Yes. The user should describe the business outcome, audience, constraints, and review expectations. Kaidera should help turn that into clearer requirements, work packets, and evidence.
Where do project files go?
Project files, diagrams, source material, generated outputs, and review artifacts should live in FileVault so they stay attached to the right project.
What is the difference between Cortex and PROMI?
Cortex remembers project context, decisions, handoffs, evidence, and knowledge. PROMI coordinates the work lifecycle using that memory: scope, route, verify, pause, resume, and prepare review.
Can we create our own AI workers?
Yes. Custom AI workers can be configured for specific business functions with role, knowledge, model capability, tools, autonomy, and escalation settings.
Can Kaidera support enterprise deployment needs?
Yes, for customers with stronger requirements, Kaidera can support enterprise options such as self-hosted branches, managed model programs, isolated or air-gapped options, geographic controls, and stricter support access processes through the appropriate delivery path.
