Customer portal

The customer portal is the main entry point for users and customer admins. It is where they see projects, account settings, usage, support, billing, and the product surfaces available to their organisation.

Workbench surface

Workbench is where a user sees project goals, active work, worker activity, files, evidence, and review gates. It should make repeated operation clear: what is running, what is blocked, what needs approval, and what changed since the last review.

AI worker team surface

The AI worker team view explains who is available, what each role owns, which handoffs are active, and where specialist work is happening. The goal is not to make workers look human; the goal is to make work ownership visible.

FileVault surface

FileVault is the customer-facing project file area. It stores diagrams, notes, requirements, exports, generated files, and customer-provided source material in the right project context.

Admin and governance surface

Settings controls configure organisations, providers, model access, package rules, safety gates, and user permissions. This is where buyers and operators should understand what is centrally governed before AI workers begin production-grade work.

  • Provider and model configuration.
  • Organisation and package management.
  • Approval and release controls.
  • Audit and evidence visibility.
