What the service is
Kaidera Infrastructure is a managed infrastructure capability delivered by a named AI worker team and an always-on deterministic agent fleet. It takes an enterprise from current-state discovery through architecture, deployment and continuous operations while keeping human authority explicit and producing evidence for material actions.
What it is not
It is not a mandatory product bundle and it does not replace your estate with one hidden stack. Infrastructure functions are stable; product choices are customer variables. The team assesses what you already own, then recommends whether to keep, augment or migrate each function against your requirements.
Who it is for
The service is designed for organizations that need one accountable operating model across public cloud, private cloud, colocation, on-premises datacenters or hybrid combinations. It supports teams building a new platform, consolidating a fragmented estate, improving resilience and security, or adding continuous infrastructure operations without creating another silo.
The three service pillars
Intelligent means the AI team evaluates context and makes reasoned recommendations. Autonomous means routine sensing, enforcement and approved remediation keep running without manual prompting. Accountable means decisions and actions remain attributable, reviewable and evidenced.

The estate in scope
A customer design may span AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, other providers, multiple regions, private cloud, bare metal, colocation and local datacenters. Portable platform layers use open standards and upstream open-source components on standard compute so the core operating model is not tied to one hyperscaler primitive.
The complete lifecycle
Every engagement follows one loop: Discover, Assess, Design, Deploy and Run. The first four phases establish the right estate and its controls. Run is a first-class phase covering reliability, security, service management, resilience, cost and continual improvement. Operational learning feeds the next design cycle.
What customers receive
The output is an operating capability, not only an architecture document. Deliverables can include the current-state baseline, maturity heat map, function scope, target architecture, roadmap, risk register, infrastructure as code, operating procedures, service controls, evidence bundles and an active improvement backlog.
